AWS is committed to driving awareness of—and influencing improvements in—accessibility across all events.
Services available to all attendees
Accessible seating
- Designated accessible seating is available in keynotes, Innovation Talks, breakout sessions, lightning talks, and chalk talks for attendees who are blind, low-vision, hard-of-hearing or deaf, and who use a mobility device.
- For workshops, code talks, and builders’ sessions, an ambassador will be available in conference rooms to assist with seating.
All-gender restrooms
All-gender restrooms will be available throughout the event.Assistive listening devices
Assistive listening devices will be available for all keynotes, Innovation Talks, breakout sessions, lightning talks, and chalk talks.Lactation room
A private, secure space will be provided for lactating attendees to express milk. A fridge will be available in the space.Live captioning
All keynotes, Innovation Talks, breakout sessions, and lightning talks will feature live captioning for session content.Reflection room
A quiet space that attendees can use for meditation, prayer, yoga, or finding resources for sensory needs will be available on campus.Sensory notice
Earplugs, fidget tools, noise cancelling headphones, strobe-reducing glasses, and visual cue and feeling thermometer cards are available in the reflection room and at the help desk. These can be helpful for attendees who might experience sensory issues in areas of the event such as the Expo and keynote, which have the potential for excessive noise, moving lights, and atmospheric fog.Translations for keynotes and Innovation Talks
- Live, spoken translations in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish will be available for both keynotes and Innovation Talks. Please pick up headsets at their respective locations.
- Additional machine-translated languages will be available via the livestream.
Services available by request
Accessible transportation
- Accessible transportation across the re:Invent campus will be available throughout the week, including for re:Play; please note this service does not include transportation to or from the airport.
- Contact the accessible transportation concierge to make arrangements at least 1 hour prior to requested pickup time. Wait times may vary based on availability.
- Requests will be accepted starting on Sunday, November 30.
- The accessible transportation concierge phone number will be available at a later date.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation
Dietary needs
- Halal meals
- Kosher meals
- Common allergies and gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets are accommodated as part of the buffet
Mobility devices
- Mobility devices must be requested during re:Invent registration.
- Information on pickup for mobility devices will be communicated closer to the event date.
- For on-site requests that were not specified during registration, please visit the help desk.
- All devices must be returned to the hotel’s bell desk at checkout.

To request any of these services or inquire about a service you don't see listed, contact customer support. To properly coordinate services, all requests must be received by November 14, 2025. Requests for services received after this date cannot be guaranteed.Service animals
